Weird Folk Fest Presents: With and Without Home

Weird Folk Fest is partnering with Dudley Café and Y2Y Harvard Square (a student-run shelter) to create an open mic that showcases performance artists in music, poetry, dance, or theatre. Performers who self-identify as homeless, formerly homeless or are facing/have faced housing insecurity are especially welcome!

All open mic performers will be compensated for their time. Come enjoy an afternoon of music, food, and community and be sure to take some warm clothing from our clothing swap before you leave!

What to bring: Your art, your self, an instrument if you have one, clothing for the clothing swap if you have any to spare, donation for the performers if you are an ally and can spare some change.

Nobody will be turned away!

There will be a piano onsite. Venue is wheelchair accessible with gender-neutral bathrooms, near Dudley Station, Silver Line and several bus lines.
